| F | Destination state (2 letters, ex. WI) |
| G | Destination terminal (9 characters, ex. T39WI3061, or leave blank) |
| H | Buyer name (ex. Wisconsin Oil Inc.) |
| I | Buyer number (9 digits, ex. 987654321) |
| J | Seller name (ex. Wisconsin Oil, Inc.) (blank for supplier manifests) |
| K | Seller number (9 digits, ex. 123456789) (blank for supplier manifests) |
| L | Date (format M/D/YYYY, ex. 8/31/2010) |
| M | Manifest number (up to 10 characters) |
