| G | Destination city (ex. Macon) |
| H | Destination state (2 letters, ex. GA) |
| I | Destination Terminal# (9 characters, ex. T58GA9876) |
| J | Buyer or Seller name (ex. Georgia Oil Inc.) |
| K | Buyer or Seller number (9 digits, ex. 123456789) |
| L | Date (format M/D/YYYY, ex. 8/31/2013) |
| M | Document/Manifest number (up to 10 characters) |
